Capt. Jack is a sweet 2 1/2 year old male that came out of a house of 25 cats. He lived on a porch for about 10 months before coming to a Greyfoot foster home. He had his eye removed because of an injury. He is a sweet boy and has a son, Orlando, who must be adopted with him as they are quite bonded.  He is a shy cat and will need a little time to adjust to new situations. 

Capt Jack's life has not been easy.  Initially, he was firghtened by unfamiliar sounds and new situations.  His foster family worked with him to build trust and confidenece.  He is friendly toward other cats and cannot resist playing with them.  He will thrive in a quiet home.  He prefers a home where there are no kids or dogs -- he is afraid of dogs.
