Hi, I am Porsche (aka Porsha),a black short-haired beauty.  I am a lap cat.  I am also a high energy, playful girl who is quick to purr.  One of my favorite toys is a card board box that has numerous holes so I can quickly run thru it while chasing my brothers or play "tap my paw".  My foster dad puts cat toys thru the smaller holes.  I love to pull out the toys and run around the room with the toy in my mouth.  When the playing is done, you will most likely find me and my brothers in dad's lap. 

My story . . . mom was a feral cat living near the Oxnard transportation center.  Mom made a home for me and my three  rough-and-tumble brothers (Bentley, Cooper & Lincoln) in the engine of a car that had been parked for several months.  As we grew, we needed room to run and play.  We started leaving the engine at night and played near the car.  Someone working in the area spotted us and contacted Greyfoot. We are very socialized.

I will thrive in a quiet home with Lincoln or another active cat/kitten with a slow introduction.  I am looking for a family who will cherish and love me, and will provide an indoor only home.  I will need a slow introduction to a "cat friendly" dog.  I am living in a foster home with a medium size dog who loves cats.  Kids must be preteens or older -- no young kids.
