Hi, I am Duchess, a 7 year-old blue/white bi-color Persian.  Bi-colors are eye-catching and I am no exception.  My face is just as sweet as am I.  I currently have a summer trim, but my fur is naturally long and thick so it will need to be brushed daily or shaved a couple of times a year.  While at PetSmart, I initially spend much of my time laying in my litter box.  But after a little love and attention, I am out of the box and people watching. 

I want a loving home of my own with someone special who has previous experience caring for Persian cats.  Some people shy away from me because of my age and I have no teeth.  I am now a healthy, spayed adult female.  I had a severe dental infection and a vet removed all my teeth.  I am no longer in pain. It does not stop me from eating dry food.

My story . . . I was rescued from a shelter by a lover of cats.  I came from a breeder/hoarder situation.  I am happy to be with a foster who gives me TLC.  With a slow introduction, I am good with other cats.  I currently live in a multi-cat foster home.  I  also am good if I am the only cat.
